Collective bargaining negotiations started on 3 January 2020, with KİPLAS, employer’s union for VIBRACOUSTIC ÇERKEZKÖY OTOMOTİV SANAYİ VE TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ located in Çerkezköy and an affliate of our Istanbul branch, ends with deal on 31 August 2020 to be effective as of January 2020. On seventeenth term collective agreement, gains have been made in the wages and social benefits of our members, and our provisions on job security have been improved.
In adddition, we have gained the assurance that no hired workers will be employed in the workplace with employment contract established by private employment agencies.
