On 13 October 2021, collective agreement proposal meeting was held for BERKE PLASTİK SAN. VE TİC. A.Ş. established in Adapazarı.
Our union’s Director of Collective Agreement and Training Department Üzeyir Ataman, Collective Agreement Specialist Ece Göktürk, Lawyer Tolga Demirel, Gebze Branch Chair Fuat Özbay, Branch Administrative Secretary Yaşar Şanlı, Financial Secretary Hüseyin Gümrük, our union representatives and members at Berke Plastik attended meeting at our union’s hotel TRYP by Wydnham located in Başiskele, Kocaeli.
For the 4th term collective agreement, which will be effective as of 1 January 2021, proposals have been prepared to improve our members’ rights regarding the wage and job security.
