On 17 April 2022, the first group of Union Representative Candidate Training was held at our union’s İzmir branch for the volunteer union members at Aero Rüzgar within the scope of the training activities of our union. The training was attended by our union’s Director of Collective Agreement and Education Department Üzeyir Ataman, our union’s Attorney Tolga Demirel, İzmir branch executives and union representative candidates from the plant.
At the begining of the training a documentary named “Lastik-İş: From the Past to the Future” was screened. Later, Üzeyir Ataman made a presentation about “Social Development and Union Movement” and “Wage Policies”, Tolga Demirel on “Legal and Union Position of Union Representatives” and “Collective Agreement System in Turkey”. At the end of the training an organization role play was made and a test was conducted for the participants.
