On 4 July 2022, collective agreement negotiations with BERKE PLASTİK SAN. VE TİC. A.Ş. which is affliated to our union’s Sakarya branch, started on 8 November 2021, ends with deal to be effective between 1 January 2022 and 30 June 2023.
Moreover, the wages and social rights of our members and provisions regarding job security have been improved substantially by 4th term collective agreement. The assurance that no hired workers can be employed in the workplace with employment contract established by private employment agencies have also been maintained.
