On 1 December 2020, collective agreement offer meeting was held for Türk Henkel Kimya Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., affiliated to our union’s Gebze branch.
Our union’s Head of Civil Agreement Department Ali Öztürk, Collective Agreement and Training Department Director Üzeyir Ataman, Collective Agreement Specialist Ece Göktürk, Gebze branch Administrative Secretary Özay Bektaş, our representatives and members working at Henkel plants established in Gebze and Tuzla attended the meeting at our union’s Rıza Kuas head office and our members working at Henkel plant in Ankara attended the meeting via teleconference.
For our collective agreement, which will start as of 1 January 2021, offers have been prepared to improve the rights of our members regarding wages and job security.
