On 14 December 2020, collective agreement offer meeting was held for Rohm And Haas Kimyasal Ürünler Ürt. Dağ. Tic. A.Ş. and Rohm And Haas Kimya San. Ltd. Şti., affiliated to our union’s Gebze branch.
Our union’s Head of Collective Agreement Department Ziya Ünal, Collective Agreement and Training Department Director Üzeyir Ataman, Collective Agreement Specialist Ece Göktürk, Gebze branch Administrative Secretary Özay Bektaş, our representatives and members working at Rohm and Haas plants, attended the meeting at our union’s head office.
For our collective agreement, which will start as of 1 January 2021, offers have been prepared to improve the rights of our members regarding wages and job security.
