On 5 February 2021, collective bargaining negotiations with ANLAŞ ANADOLU LASTİK SANAYİ VE TİCARET A.Ş. which is an affliate of our Sakarya branch, started on 30 December 2020, ends with deal to be effective between 1 January 2021 and 31 December 2022.
With 19th term collective agreement, wages and social rights of our members and provisions regarding job security have been improved.
Our members’ monthly net wages have been increased by 22% to 42% and social benefits increased by about 30% in the first year of the collective agreement.
A large part of the temporary workers in the workplace have become as permanent workers and gained the right to benefit from the collective agreement as a member of our union.
The assurance that no hired workers will be employed in the workplace with employment contract established by private employment agencies have also been maintained.
