On 1 June 2021, collective agreement negotiations with Türk Henkel Kimya Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. which is an affliate of our Gebze Branch, started on 21 December 2020, ends with deal to be effective between 1 January 2021 and 31 December 2022.
The wages and social rights of our members and provisions regarding job security have been improved substantially by eighteenth term collective agreement. The assurance that no hired workers will be employed in the workplace with employment contract established by private employment agencies have also been maintained.
