On 18 June 2021, collective agreement negotiations with employers’ union KİPLAS for Rohm And Haas Kimyasal Ürünler Ürt. Dağ. Tic. A.Ş. and Rohm And Haas Kimya San. Ltd. Şti. which are an affliate of our Gebze Branch, started on 7 January 2021, ends with deal to be effective between 1 January 2021 and 31 December 2022.
The wages and social rights of our members and provisions regarding job security have been improved substantially by third term collective agreement. Moreover, the assurance that no hired workers will be employed in the workplace with employment contract established by private employment agencies have also been maintained.
