On 6 July 2021, collective agreement negotiations with Paccor Turkey Ambalaj San. A.Ş. which is an affliate to our union’s İstanbul branch, started on 14 January 2021, ends with deal to be effective between 1 January 2021 and 31 December 2022.
The wages and social rights of our members and provisions regarding job security have been improved substantially by tenth term collective agreement. Moreover, the assurance that no hired workers will be employed in the workplace with employment contract established by private employment agencies have also been maintained.
