On 25 September 2021, collective agreement negotiations with Fater Temizlik Ürünleri Ltd. Şti. which is an affliate to our union’s Gebze branch, started on 15 April 2021, ends with deal to be effective between 1 July 2021 and 30 June 2023.
The wages and social rights of our members and provisions regarding job security have been improved substantially by first term collective agreement. Moreover, the assurance that no hired workers will be employed in the workplace with employment contract established by private employment agencies have also been obtained.
