On 9 October 2021, collective agreement proposal meeting was held for MASTER BUILDERS SOLUTIONS YAPI KİMYASALLARI SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ established in Adana, Gebze and Trabzon.
Our union’s General Secretary İhsan Malkoç, Vice President and Head of Collective Agreement Department Ziya Ünal, Director of Collective Agreement and Training Department Üzeyir Ataman, Collective Agreement Specialist Ece Göktürk, Lawyer Tolga Demirel, Gebze Branch Chair Özay Bektaş, Branch Administrative Secretary Şener Uçar, our union representatives and members at Master Builders Solutions in Gebze attended meeting.
Our members at Basf Türk Yapı Kimyasalları who were under the guarantee of a collective agreement for eight years in our union, were transferred to Master Builders Group in 2020. For the 2nd term collective agreement, which will be effective as of 1 January 2021, proposals have been prepared to improve our members’ rights regarding the wage and job security.
