On 26 October 2021, collective agreement proposal meeting was held for JAPAR PLASTİK İNŞ. MALZ. GID. AMB. SAN. VE TİC. A.Ş established in Izmir.
Our union’s Director of Collective Agreement and Training Department Üzeyir Ataman, Izmir Branch Chair Yusuf Ziya Sarı, our union representatives and members at Japar attended meeting at the plant.
For the 5th term collective agreement, which will be effective as of 1 January 2021, proposals have been prepared to improve our members’ rights regarding the wage and job security.
