On 3 November 2021, collective agreement negotiations with Aktiv Akril Akrilik Mamül. Banyo Jakuzi San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. in Torbalı which is affliated to our union’s Izmir branch, started on 17 August 2021, ends with deal to be effective between 1 July 2021 and 30 June 2023.
The wages and social rights of our members and provisions regarding job security have been improved substantially by 4th term collective agreement. Moreover, the assurance that no hired workers will be employed in the workplace with employment contract established by private employment agencies have also been obtained.
