On 8 January 2022, the second group of Union Representative Candidate Training was held at our union’s Rıza Kuas Head Office in İstanbul for our volunteer members in Çerkezköy region working at Tristone, Vibracouistic, Gf Hakan Plastik ve Setaş Kimya plants within the scope of the training activities of our union.
The training was attended by our union’s General Secretary İhsan Malkoç, Head of Education Press and Publication Department Salih Gür, Head of Civil Department Ali Öztürk, Director of Collective Agreement and Education Department Üzeyir Ataman, Collective Agreement Department Specialist Ece Göktürk, Our Union’s Attorney Tolga Demirel, İstanbul branch executives, our union representative candidates from these plants.
Üzeyir Ataman made a presentation about “Social Development and Union Policies” and “Being a Lastik-İş Member”, Tolga Demirel on “Legal and Union Position of Union Representatives” and then Ece Göktürk on “The Current Problems of the Working Class in Turkey”. Moreover, a test was conducted for the participants at the end of the training.
