On 30 March 2022, collective agreement negotiations with JAPAR PLASTİK İNŞ. MALZ. GID. AMB. SAN. VE TİC. A.Ş. which is affliated to our union’s İzmir branch, started on 18 November 2021, ends with deal to be effective between 1 January 2022 and 31 December 2023.
Moreover, the wages and social rights of our members and provisions regarding job security have been improved substantially by 5th term collective agreement.
