On 29 March 2022, collective agreement negotiations with KİPLAS employers’ union for POLİSAN KANSAI BOYA SANAYİ VE TİCARET A.Ş. and POLİSAN KİMYA SANAYİ A.Ş. which are affliated to our union’s Gebze branch, started on 7 December 2021, ends with deal to be effective between 1 January 2022 and 31 December 2023.
Moreover, the wages and social rights of our members and provisions regarding job security have been improved substantially by 4th term collective agreement. The assurance that no hired workers can be employed in the workplace with employment contract established by private employment agencies have also been maintained.
