On 24 March 2022, collective agreement negotiations with KİPLAS employers’ union for PHARMAVISION SANAYİ VE TİCARET A.Ş. which are affliated to our union’s İstanbul branch, started on 19 January 2022, ends with deal to be effective between 1 January 2022 and 31 December 2023.
Our members’ wages and social rights and provisions regarding job security have been improved substantially by 28th term collective agreement.
The assurance that no hired workers can be employed in the workplace with employment contract established by private employment agencies have also been maintained.
