On 1 March 2022, collective agreement negotiations with KİPLAS employers’ union for HUHTAMAKİ TURKEY GIDA SERVİSİ AMBALAJI A.Ş. which is affliated to our union’s İstanbul branch, started on 12 November 2021, ends with deal to be effective between 1 January 2022 and 31 December 2023.
With the 11th term collective agreement, substantial increases were achieved regarding the wages and social rights of our union’s members, and provisions for job security were also improved.
The assurance that no hired workers can be employed in the workplace with employment contract established by private employment agencies have also been maintained.
