On 27 January 2022, collective agreement negotiations with KİPLAS employers’ union for MASTER BUILDERS SOLUTIONS YAPI KİMYASALLARI SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ which is affliated to our union’s Gebze branch, started on 12 November 2021, ends with deal to be effective between 1 January 2022 and 31 December 2023. In 2020, Master Builders Group acquired Basf Türk Yapı Kimyasalları, at which our union’s members have collective agreement.
With the 5th term collective agreement transferred from Basf Türk Yapı Kimyasalları; 2nd term collective agreement with Master Builders Solutions, substantial increases were achieved regarding the wages and social rights of our union’s members, and provisions for job security were also improved.
The assurance that no hired workers can be employed in the workplace with employment contract established by private employment agencies have also been maintained.
