STRIKE DECISION IN EXELTİS İLAÇ

It took 4 years for workers to start collective bargaining negotiations after becoming union members using their constitutional rights. However, the collective agreement could not be concluded in the legal process. Exeltis İlaç said that they would not continue to meet with our union and ended the negotiations. Our union decided to strike for Exeltis İlaç plant on 14 February 2020. On 17 February 2020, our union’s Istanbul Branch executives posted the strike decisions we made at a meeting attended by our members to Exeltis İlaç workplace.
