As a result of a 2-year process, Şafak Elektrik’s employer recognized the will of the workers and sat at the collective bargaining table with our union on September 2, 2019, as to collective bargaining agreement negotiations, which started between our union and ŞAFAK ELEKTRİK MALZEMELERİ TİC. and SAN. A. Ş. ended with an agreement on February 14, 2020.
