Collective bargaining negotiations with BASF Türk Kimya Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. affliated to our Gebze branch which started on December 5, 2020, ends with deal to be effective as of January 2020. Our 25th term collective labor agreement was signed on May 6, 2020. While significant increases were achieved on the wages and social benefits of our members, our provisions for job security were also improved during the difficult conditions of coronavirus, which was declared as pandemic.
