Collective bargaining negotiations with PALMİYE KAUÇUK VE MAMÜLLERİ SANAYİ TİC. A.Ş. which is affliated to our Gebze branch, started on December 12, 2019, ends with deal on July 2, 2020 to be effective as of January 2020.
In addition to the significant increases in our members’ wages and benefits, our provisions on job security have also been improved. As a result of the gains of our new term collective agreement, the total income of our members has increased by 42% as of 1 July 2020.
