Collective bargaining negotiations with PULCRA KİMYA SANAYİ VE TİCARET A.Ş. which is affliate of our Gebze branch, started on 5 December 2019, ends with deal on 13 July 2020 to be effective as of January 2020. With 7th term collective agreement, gains have been made in the wages and social benefits of our members, and our provisions on job security have been improved.
In adddition, we have gained the assurance that no hired workers will be employed in the workplace with employment contract established by private employment agencies.
