Collective bargaining negotiations with KİPLAS, employer’s union for POLİSAN KİMYA SANAYİ A.Ş. which is affliate of our Gebze branch, started on 8 January 2020, ends with deal on 27 July 2020 to be effective 01.01.2020-31.12.2021. With third term collective agreement, gains have been made in the wages and social benefits of our members, and our provisions on job security have been improved.
In adddition, we have gained the assurance that no hired workers will be employed in the workplace with employment contract established by private employment agencies.
